MOROCCO TRAVEL SPIRIT

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 September 2026

These terms apply to use of moroccotravelspirit.com, the Morocco Travel Spirit travel website. They explain the difference between browsing, making an inquiry, receiving a proposal and confirming travel arrangements. They do not replace the specific written terms supplied for a booking.

Website use and travel information

Use this website lawfully and without interfering with its security or other visitors. Do not submit misleading information or attempt unauthorized access. Content describes travel possibilities in Morocco; availability, journey times, images, accommodation and activities may vary. We aim to keep information accurate, but please confirm details relevant to your trip before relying on them.

Inquiries are not reservations

The website does not currently process online payments or automatically confirm bookings. Contact, trip-planning and tour forms are browser-only previews: they validate entries but do not send or store an inquiry. The newsletter is also a preview. Please use email, phone or WhatsApp for a real inquiry.

A message, form preview, WhatsApp inquiry or request for a quotation does not reserve accommodation, transport or an activity and does not create a confirmed booking. Sending an inquiry does not itself commit you to purchase.

Quotations and confirmed bookings

Proposals are subject to availability and any validity period stated in the quotation. Before you commit, the written offer should identify the itinerary, dates, travelers, services, total price and currency, inclusions, exclusions, payment arrangements, cancellation terms and any relevant supplier conditions.

A booking is confirmed only when the required acceptance and any stated payment conditions have been met and an explicit written booking confirmation has been issued. An acknowledgment of an inquiry is not that confirmation. If anything is unclear, ask us to clarify it before accepting or paying.

Prices and availability

Website “from” prices are starting indications, not a guaranteed price for every date, group or room choice. The quotation should state applicable taxes, charges, optional extras and what is excluded. Availability is checked for the requested arrangements and can change before confirmation. No online payment facility is enabled on this website.

Itineraries and changes

Routes and activities may be affected by weather, road conditions, local restrictions, supplier availability or safety concerns. Any material proposed change to confirmed arrangements should be explained, including available alternatives and any price implications. Your rights and any cancellation options depend on the agreed booking terms and applicable law.

Traveler responsibilities

Provide accurate traveler details and tell us about practical requirements relevant to the proposed itinerary. Check that passports, visas and other entry documents are valid for your nationality and route. Consult the relevant authorities about current entry, health and travel requirements before booking and departure.

Consider appropriate travel insurance and check its coverage directly with the insurer; these website terms do not promise insurance coverage. Follow reasonable safety instructions, respect local laws and customs, and take care of personal belongings. Discuss activity suitability and any necessary accommodations before confirming.

Third-party services

Accommodation, transport, guiding and activities may involve independent providers. The quotation or booking information should explain the services and any relevant provider conditions. Nothing in these terms removes responsibilities that apply to us under law or the agreed booking contract.

Cancellations and refunds

There is no universal cancellation fee or refund guarantee established by this website. The specific cancellation, amendment, no-show and refund terms must be supplied with your proposal before confirmation. Ask for them if they are missing. Any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Events beyond reasonable control

Severe weather, natural disasters, transport disruption, government restrictions and other events beyond reasonable control can affect travel. Their consequences will be considered under the booking terms and applicable law. Such events do not automatically remove statutory rights or create a blanket exclusion of responsibility.

Intellectual property and external links

Website branding, text, photographs and design are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may view the site and retain information for personal trip planning. Commercial reproduction or reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where law permits otherwise.

External links, including WhatsApp, lead to services governed by their own terms. We do not control their availability or content.

Responsibility and applicable law

We take reasonable care in presenting this website, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that general travel information suits every circumstance. Responsibility for any loss will be assessed under applicable law and the relevant agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

These website terms are intended to be interpreted under Moroccan law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Any dispute falls to the courts competent under applicable jurisdiction rules; these terms do not impose an exclusive forum or take away rights that cannot be waived. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

Changes to these terms

Updates will appear here with a revised date. A website update does not by itself retrospectively change the terms of a confirmed booking.
